Min Shi, PhD, joined our lab. He earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Florida Atlantic University, USA, where his research interests include machine learning, deep learning, and network analysis. During his previous postdoc training at Washington University, his research was focused on developing machine learning and graph learning theory and algorithms for addressing critical challenges such as graph embedding learning, biological network modeling, single-cell RNA-seq data mining, etc. He will mainly work on developing statistical and machine learning methods for research projects in the ophthalmology and vision fields.
