Biography
Anagha Lokhande is a medical student at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. Since earning her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brown University, she has served as an intern for the health policy team of the US Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions, and has conducted research on ophthalmology medical education. Since joining the lab in May 2022, she has worked on projects ranging from investigating the role of myopia in glaucomatous vision loss to quantifying changes in glaucoma drug prices. Her research interests include health disparities in ophthalmological care and outcomes, health economic evaluation of interventions in ophthalmology, and applications of artificial intelligence to vision science.
