Biography
Next Position after Training Completion: Assistant Professor of Computer Science at University of Central Florida.
Yu Tian is a postdoctoral research fellow at Harvard Ophthalmology AI Lab. He earned his PhD in Computer Science from the Australian Institute for Machine Learning at the University of Adelaide. He was also affiliated with the South Australian Health and Medical Research Institute during his PhD. Previously, Dr. Tian obtained his bachelor’s degree in computer science with First Class Honours at the University of Adelaide. Dr. Tian’s research is primarily focused on the intersection of computer vision and medical image analysis. His contributions to the field have resulted in multiple publications in esteemed artificial intelligence, computer vision, and medical imaging venues.
