Bill is a Data professional with multiple years of experience.  His expertise is in requirements gathering, developing technical solutions, and testing.  He has worked in many industries including government,  publishing, consulting, and software development companies.  He enjoys working with end users who rely on the data and reports he produces.  The user community he has worked with includes health care analysts, sales, finance, and marketing.  Here at Massachusetts Eye and Eye the user base is medical professionals.
